Urban tree canopy assessments, or UTCs, provide data that can be critical to planning for a resilient, green and healthy city.  And as the technology has progressed, it is becoming easier for communities of all sizes to have one completed.  What exactly are they?  How are they valuable to a community, and what are the options to getting one (at multiple price points)?  This presentation will go over the basics of a UTC - makeup, uses and options - to help figure out next steps in your community.
